Yoga means “to yoke”, bind or join together. Our classes create a state of unified oneness by offering methods to create the state.
Classes offered are Hatha and Restorative.
Hatha yoga practices center around the spine and nerve currents. If our posture is not strong we cannot hold ourselves erect causing issues, such as sleep deprivation and anxiety. This class focuses on both postures and breathing, creating energy. The practice focuses on breath, mind and body.
Restorative yoga practices center around support and active relaxation. Restorative poses relieve stress is many ways. We offer supported positions, held for a longer period of time 3-5 minutes.
